Back
ordered items do not apply. Orders
delayed due to credit issues do not apply.
Shipping
is C.O.D via UPS, cashiers check or money order unless net terms are
requested.
Please
allow 2-4 weeks for credit approval on new net accounts.
On initial C.O.D orders
exceeding
$500.00 a 15% deposit is required before processing the order.
(Deposit
will be credited towards 1st shipment - credit cards may be
used for this purpose, on domestic accounts only!).
Returns
& Allowances
No
claims on used goods. Returns
will not be accepted without a prior written authorization from Shirley
of Hollywood. Authorization
for returns may be requested by contacting the
Los Angeles
office. Sales
representatives are not authorized to okay returns.
A return label and explanatory letter will be sent if the return
is authorized. Merchandise
returned without a return label will be refused.
A credit memo will be issued against merchandise purchases only.
Backorders
If
$50.00 or more remains on order we will stamp pack slip “balance on
backorder “ and backorder the merchandise.
If less than $50.00 remains on any order we will stamp pack slip
“ items out of stock please reorder “

are happy to ship any size order in our attempt to bring you the best
possible service, but find it necessary to impose a $15.00 handling
charge on domestic
USA
orders under $100.00, and a $25.00 handling charge on international
orders under $200.00. *** No handling charges will be applied to clients
with annual purchases in excess of $5000.00

Reshipping
and Restocking policy
All
refused/ returned shipments will result in a 15% reshipping or
restocking charge plus freight cost incurred.
Charges will be added to reshipments or future orders.
After two refused C.O.D shipments your account will be placed on
a “pre-paid basis“.
